Catalog
Every category below is fabricated in-house from a cast or 3D scan of your anatomy. No off-the-shelf sizing, no outsourced finish work — every device leaves our lab signed by the clinician who built it.

Walk further, stand longer
Knee, ankle, and foot orthoses engineered to restore gait stability, offload painful joints, and support post-surgical recovery. Each device is fabricated from a precise cast or 3D scan of the patient anatomy, with adjustable hinges and breathable padding for all-day wear.

Restore reach and grip
From static wrist splints to dynamic elbow articulations, our upper limb orthotics stabilize fractures, protect ligament repairs, and assist neuromuscular deficits. Modular strapping accommodates swelling changes through the healing arc.

Alignment that holds
TLSO and cervical orthoses designed in collaboration with spine surgeons to control motion segments post-fusion, manage scoliosis curves, and relieve discogenic pain. Low-profile frames hide under clothing while delivering measurable corrective force.

Built for life in motion
Custom prosthetic limbs fabricated around a silicone suspension liner and modular connector system. From preparatory sockets to microprocessor-enabled knees, we tune alignment, ply volume, and foot dynamics for each patient's activity level.

A foundation that fits
Semi-rigid and accommodative insoles milled from a foam or 3D-printed positive of the foot. We correct biomechanical alignment for plantar fasciitis, diabetic ulcers, and athletic overpronation, with multi-density top layers for cushioning without collapse.

Gentle correction, early
Cranial remolding helmets for infants 3–18 months with positional plagiocephaly or brachycephaly. Each helmet is sculpted from a safe digital scan, with weekly growth allowances and a soft foam interior that keeps the baby comfortable through treatment.

Comfort that travels
Custom wheelchair seating systems, lateral trunk supports, and pressure-relief cushions mapped from a sitting pressure assessment. Modular hardware adapts as the user's posture or transfer needs change over time.

How we work
We keep the entire process under one roof. Your clinician assesses, casts, fabricates, and fits — no handoffs, no third-party labs, no surprises on delivery day.
A board-certified orthotist-prosthetist reviews your prescription, range of motion, and functional goals to determine the right device class and components.
We capture your anatomy with a slip cast or a structured-light 3D scan. The digital model becomes the positive mold we fabricate against.
In our on-site lab we thermoform, mill, or 3D-print the device, then assemble hardware, padding, and strapping by hand.
You return for a dynamic fitting. We tune alignment and pressure points, then schedule follow-ups at 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months.

About Alitura
Alitura was founded in 1987 by a single orthotist working out of a 40-square-meter workshop. Three generations of clinicians later, we operate a 600-square-meter lab with structured-light scanning, multi-axis CNC milling, and a thermoforming suite — but the principle is unchanged: every device is built for one specific body.
We do not stock off-the-shelf sizing. Even our ready-to-wear cervical collars are contoured to the patient at fitting. It is slower work, but it is the only work worth signing your name to.
Patient stories
“My daughter's cranial helmet was a completely different experience than I expected. The scan took five minutes, the weekly check-ins were reassuring, and the result speaks for itself.”
Lara M.
Parent, Beirut
“After my knee replacement I lived in their immobilizer for six weeks. The cold-therapy pocket alone was worth it — I never once reached for an ice pack that leaked.”
Karim S.
Post-op patient
“I'm a below-knee amputee and an avid hiker. Their carbon foot got me back on the trail within four months of my surgery. The alignment work was meticulous.”
Sami T.
